Free education for hundreds of Khmer children

The School Project ensures that the two RSP schools remain well-maintained, and that attendance and supplies remain free of charge for all students.

Curriculum

The curriculum at RSP’s schools is based on the official national curriculum. The study schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, from 7 – 11am and from 1 – 5pm.

Currently, the curriculum includes:

  • Khmer Language and Culture,
  • English,
  • History,
  • Mathematics,
  • Geography,
  • Environmental Science
  • Hygiene
  • Morality

In addition, RSP offers classes in computer skills in order to increase employment opportunities in a technologically more advanced job marketplace, as well as vocational training such as tailoring, haircutting and hairdressing.

We are looking for your steady support

As always, we welcome any kind of donation for this project. However, we strongly encourage regular contributions in order to help us plan ahead. Even with donations as small as US$ 20 a month you can make a big difference!

Your donations will be used to

  • Purchase school supplies (pen, paper, books, computers, sewing machines, etc.)
  • Purchase basic medical supplies for the school nurse’s office (ibuprufen, paracetamol, etc.)
  • Conducting minor maintenance on the school buildings and grounds (when necessary)

Funds for nine more schools
